It was one of the staff in the amateur football of the year 2021: At the end of September, FC Bayern Alzenau, previously fresh from the Regionalliga, announced the commitment of José Holebas. It was not only another ex-professional for the fifth league, Holybas finally came from the Greek champion Olympiakos Piraeus to the Lower Franconia, played half a year earlier in the 16th place of the Europa League against the FC Arsenal. The contact with Holenbas sprang from a relationship between the 38-color Greek national player and the then Alzenauer Player Trainer Peter Jump.
Jump is now history in Alzenau – and thus José Holebas. As the regional portal “Torgranate.de” reports, the former Greek international Alzenau, which despite belonging to the Free State of Bavaria plays in the Oberliga of the adjoining state of Hesse, has already left in the winter break. “He has imagined something else under his commitment here,” said the current coach Angelo Baretta. Of course, this was also for FC Bayern Alzenau himself, who wanted to play the immediate regional league return in this season, the masterpiece but hair-sharp missed. At least for the residual season Alzenau naves but in quiet waters: the Hessenliga league content was already confined sovereign in the current ranking round.
What remains from Holebas, who actually wanted to prepare his step in the coaching business in Alzenau? Eleven inserts, two goals he scored the Hessenliga, his last use there is dated 17.11.2021. One had a nice, good conversation, says Coach Baretta.
